Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad I can help, but I sometimes wonder if I'm on a crusade against the evil 7.3L gremlins... as payback.
Ah... Speed - set the Scale Value to 256, then you will get what the truck speed says, even if it doesn't match the GPS. My speedo reads a tiny bit fast on the OBDII port, but the odo is bang-on accurate. From what you describe on speed, I do have to ask if you have done an odo test (check odo synchronization with mile markers).
I can't say you're losing oil in any one specific place, but I can say that IPR is on the upper side of normal - meaning that if there's an oil leak, it's not serious enough to make the IPR skyrocket or the ICP dip.
Check your Torque Converter Slip, see if it's a very low number (about 10 or less).
As for your sampling speed, you're set up for J1850PWM, Non-OBDII? USB?
