Looking at another house Wed George. We're looking in Newbern
We looked at the same house in 07, made an offer, and got laughed at.
The laugh apparently was on them...... we'll see

Surprised in all those years the house didn't sell. (With all the darn Northerners moving into the State.)
I know of about 10 people just from my area in NY that have gone to NC., Have a daughter near Clayton that occasionally runs into a high school classmate at the malls.

The house is in an area that's not real populated, not real country.
The husband wanted to move into town back then to be closer to the hospital. He has since passed, she moved to NY.
The son is in charge and a real PIA to work with

I think if the right offer were to come along, well, you know ....

I need to look it over good tho, it's been empty for a bit
