shoo - do you mean supplier of headliners or pdf to make your own? I made my own thru a pdf but may not "fit " as a resto like the astronaut is doing.

My manual says the 2 side pieces, back piece, and top piece last.

I'd be interested in any pictures of the finished job. My 63 has the 2 piece headliner. There is no trace left of the old one; I have no idea how it fits in, or how it's trimmed. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brett

I bought one of their headliners and it is top notch.

I bought mine also from here and it fit and looks great. ABS with black vinyl covering. Not cheap but well worth it. 1966 F100 Custom Cab. JMS

Putting my repop from NPD in right now. The instructions say top first, then sides, and finally rear. So far so good. Need to put the rear piece in yet. It looks like I may have to trim it to fit in the clips that are on the rear of the top piece though.

How about some pics of the top meeting the back piece when you finish?

I haven't seen an install where the back clips have been used.

Biggut - did you get any answers to your question? I have a '63 flareside and want to install a headliner - base cab - so no pattern or molding to go from. Are we trying to solve the same problem?

Headliner update.

My headliner purchased from " Stock Interiors" covered in black vinyl is coming apart. Not sure why. The black vinyl material which is glued on from the factory which produced this item is falling away from the abs substrate. Anyone else have a problem with this? JMS

Did you insulate above the new headliner? Considerable heat can build up and cause the glue to soften....
