shoo - do you mean supplier of headliners or pdf to make your own? I made my own thru a pdf but may not "fit " as a resto like the astronaut is doing.
Yours looks great! What did you use? I was at Home Depot yesterday and saw this white ABS (I think) 4'x8' sheet for $15 and thought about trying that for making a head liner. It was a little thin but figure Y not?!
shadow sorry I was away. I made a clip fastened to the 1st piece with a hole for the screw. I had used FRP and it was too stiff for the factory clips to hold.
salf100 - I used FRP (F for fiberglass Reinforced plastic) its stiffer but unaffected by heat and will not sag here in Florida. I did not like the look when complete-sorta looked like a shower- so I went to Joanne fabric and bought headline fabric and spray glued it over the frp.
gangstakr- Again your work is unreal. If I get to CA I will look you up to see it first hand. I'm a dub and thought mine looked pretty good for my pay scale.

Good looking headliners guys! I have a question... With a black seat and ACC black vinyl flooring would you guys use a black headliner or grey?? Give me your opinions. Thanks
Salf - I think the cardboard will not bend as you need it to in a few places. I am considering PVC sheet shower liner in a thickness of 1/16'' (or maybe 2mm). It is very strong yet will bend without cracking. I have a scrap that is very close to Wimbledon white and I'm looking for a local source for a 4x8' sheet of the same. I intend to use it for the door "panels" as well, so I want it to match the dash, although Ford didn't do too well on that issue originally...
