Airbag code 22 please help

Hi recently I fix the code 32.
But now the light is on again with a 22 code
my truck is a f150 xlt 1998

I search in internet about this code but only found this
"safing sensor ouput circuit shorted to battery voltage"

Anyone can explain me what it means
please give me some instructions

Thanks a lot

The parts of the circuit that are all common is the clock spring, the front sensor and the side/safing sensor.
They all are monitored by the diagnostic monitor for a voltage that is too high. This is the short to full battery failure code 22.
Since you have been working on this system, you may have produced the short or missed it in the harness at some location..
Remove the positive battery cable for at least 30 minutes before working on the system to be sure you don't blow the bag.
A search on the net can find the circuit that shows the common parts of this circuit and how it is monitored.
Now you know what your looking for. We can't tell you where the fault is.
Good luck.

Thanks a lot for the reply
Yes I Disconnect the battery and wait 1 hr to work in the airbag
I already fix the 32 code, I dissasembly, clean and test the clockspring, no shortcuts.
Can you tell me please where are the sensors??
Thanks a lot for your help

Remove the positive battery cable for at least 30 minutes before working on the system
Remove the NEGATIVE cable first.

It is only necessary to wait one minute, the RCM's backup power charge dissipates very quickly. A longer delay does not increase the safety factor since the charge is already gone in less than a minute. If a longer delay were actually needed, the factory service manual would specify something other than a one minute delay.
