I'd also suggest you take a look at the new thread about the 48 F-5 wheels. Your F-4 has the same issues. Yours might be 18" where his are 20", but the wheel design is the same. Stu

I think that's Sea Island Green. Or maybe a faded Alpine Blue?

Great pics. That looks like a fun project. I'm not sure that's the proper way to lift a FE though.
