2004 shuts off randomly
2004 expy shuts off at highway speed. No sign of the bad wire like the other one on here and YouTube. Has anyone had to replace the switch, cut new keys and reprogram the ecm. Mine is leaving no codes either. Runs absolutely great otherwise.

I think you're right on here. I've had to replace my fuel pump twice and both times my wife ignored or just didn't recognize the symptoms and when it goes out, that's it.

Not sure if the 04s have this but my 06 Navi went down with a bad fuel pump driver module. Its on the frame near the left rear wheel. This thing controls voltage to the pump. It rots out and let's in moisture causing all sorts of ugliness. Just a thought.
