Can someone show me the normal operating temps of the following:
Water-
Oil-
Coolant-
Trans-

Water freezes at 32f and boil at 212f
Oil 190+ less than 15 difference @ 65mph Max 253
Coolant 185+ Max 221
Trans 160+

So on my scangauge, there is a reading for "WT" i assumed that was water temp. Now is that different from coolant temp, or is water and coolant have the same thermostat?

fWT is the coolant temp (in Fahrenheit)

Only thing not mentioned is your operating temperatures will fluctuate depending on the ambient air temperature

So hotter when hotter and cooler when cooler? It was 82 degrees yesterday and my coolant got to 191
