Fuel tank doesn't fill completely
Well, it does fill, but it takes a while. It bubbles up to the top, and bubbles back down, repeatedly. By pumping very slowly, it will eventually fill to the top of the filler-pipe; but it will usually take another couple of gallons. Is there any modification to the system that can be made, or is there any after-market filler-pipe that can be installed to overcome this annoying trait. It's doesn't happen with just my 2007 F250, but with all modern vehicles. What's up with this?, there's gotta be a fix.

Search "Harpoon Mod" and you'll get the fix. It requires dropping the tank, removing the sending unit, and cutting the vent tube inside the tank. Time spent doing this will save a lot of time on fill ups over the life of the truck.
