replacing 360 with 390 long block

My crank is toast and I'm thinking of buying a long block. Will all my stuff off my 360 fit the 390?

Yup, externally everything is the same. Heads, manifolds, flywheel. balancer, etc. will interchange. The only difference between a 360 and 390 is a slightly longer stroke.

The FE Blocks are all the same. Everything will swap over.

Yes
Have both 1973 390 F250 CS and 1976 360 F250 ranger
Both trucks have identical engine setup.
Believe the heads on the 360 & 390 are identical.

NAPA is ordering a 390 long block tomorrow morning. I think its on the pricey side but I got a account there that I can pay it off 12 months same as cash. $2000.00

Not all FE blocks are the same. As long as they don't give you a early one which I think is around 1965 you will be fine. I remember looking at one for same and the motor mount setup was way different.
