Most of a day. 8 hours. 3 hours per side for removal and reassembly. Plus a couple hours to actually deal with injectors. Just an educated guess based on how long it takes to replace an injector. Maybe faster or slower depending on any issues that arise. On the safe side, you should have plenty of time to do in a weekend assuming you have the proper tools. A 10mm flex head gear wrench is essential for removing valve cover bolts next to the AC evaporator box.
