Need help with front axle

My truck is a 1999 F250 super duty v10 2WD. My problem is I replaced the drivers side front rotor because the outer race came loose. I drove it next day and I have a wobble. So I am guessing that the spindle is bad. I can't find any online and really don't know if this is a job I can tackle. Any advice would be great.

Thank you very much that answered most of my questions. I live about 1/2 mile from a salvage yard LKQ would getting one from there be ok? $450 new $70 used. Also I would rate my skill level as average or better. Any one know of any little tricks that will make this easier? Or comon problems I need to avoid. Angain thanks for all the help every one on here has always come through for me.

Did you adjust the wheel bearing tight enough?

I tightened it just so I had some drag on it. It did seem like the part that the inner race goes on was slightly tapered. I don't know if it should be.
