My truck leaks from the tail shaft also, but only if the rear of the truck is lower than the front. With the rake of my truck its normally not a problem.
Although, for the last 2 months of it on jack stands in my garage the front was a bit higher than the rear.....I had to pour in a quart and a half when I got it back on level ground....LOL
I guess I better think about replacing the rear seal

No leaks
So got the vacuumn liines reconnected and took truck for a spin. No leaks and it seems to have a little more jump with the new injectors. It snowed last week for three days, so cruzin' was postponed. Did manage to remove instrument cluster, again, as the speedo has quit working. Have a couple options in mind, may try to match the gauges with a new Autometer mechanical speedo.
Also did some more work on the upholstery, so just the door panels and sunvisors left to cover.
Took pictures but laptop didn't want to download them.
