Resoldering PCM?

I had chip problems in the past and have since pulled the chip. I havent pulled the PCM but trying to look at it while still in the truck and i think the connection needs re soldered. I dont feel comfortable doing it myself. Where can i send it to be resoldered and for a decent price? Thanks

What you're talking about is re-tinning the contact. Not too many places are set up to do that, but most of the custom tuners can get it done for you.

What I would suggest is looking for some local ham radio operators. Those guys love tinkering with electronics and you'll likely find someone with more than enough experience who would do it either just for the fun of it, or for next to nothing.
