for the life of me i can't fiind the trend on swaping out the 4sp non syncro to a T5 OD trns. 239 flat v8. going to keep orig rear (ouch 486 gears). i know there are 2 different trans to use.. just point me to the correct trend pls. tks
No, V6 T5's have an integral bellhousing. World class is better, but only 92-on S-10 T5's are WC, and use a Ford (mustang) case, so you have to get an adapter made for that (not as common, and more $$). "Cruisetopdown" used the later WC in his F-3, search on his posts.

thanks for the info on search. figures i had so much problems finding what i was looking for..
i would have thought someone would have made a kit to be easy to change over to a syncro trans. was going to pull rear (found one too) but the double clutch and i can't down shift tranny sucks.. so i'm looking at that route..
speedway carries the bellhousing for the T5's and the description sounds like a plug and play, very close anyways.
