Check coolant additive message

OK, I got the message, ran the tests, all is well. Now how do I clear the message? It's a 2013 F350 6.7PSD.

On the information screen go down to the bottom icon. Then select systems check. It should come up there to clear it.

Followed the steps described above. Used the OK button to clear and it did......until next engine start and warning returns. Coolant tank level is at Cool Line so good there. I will try to post a few dash message photos. Thanks for the help.

From the dash.

Process of clearing works fine. But warning returns at each engine start.

Coolant tank is full.

Sorry for the big photo. I am a rookie at this.

Time to go see Ford?

My buddies truck had this warning come up, what the heck is it? The only coolant additives I know of are the water-wetter kind.

What is ford using now???

Actually no....

When mine came on @ 14k miles, my dealer said Ford is being WAY, WAY conservative on the coolant system checks because of their expensive new engine

99% of the time, there is not an issue and they reset it only...
