Rice Burning Lawnmower
I've been seeing this Honda lawntractor on the main drag here in town at a towing co. gas station, so I went by the other day to ask about it and they said the owner was in jail for 30 days. I told him I would come back after a month or so to check up on it. My question is, how much should I offer him for it? The main reason I'm interested in it is because I've seen Honda mowers with inline 2 cylinder engines and I like that design better than a V-twin. It does look in rough shape, the seat is ripped up, the paint is faded and the deck is somewhat rusted. And I'm hoping if I get it that it won't be too far from running cause I used to have a Honda HT3810 that was a dern good mower but when the starter went out on it, it cost $500 to get a new one and get it installed. They actually had to take the engine out to change the starter. I know the parts will be expensive, but I anticipated that. I am a John Deere man, but I do have a soft spot for those Honda mowers.
