Get a testlight and hook it up like the above picture. If the light lights up, you have a drain. Then start pulling fuses till the light goes out. Make sure you close the door during testing, the domelight will be a drain as well as a hood light.
If you can't get the light to go out, then take all the wires off the alternator, and then see if the light goes out.
