Getting ready to pull the trigger on some replacement floor pans and steps from LMC. Any bad experiences with quality? Know of anywhere else I can get them cheaper/better?

Thanks!

Get me the links and part numbers with the price. I hate LMC truck. they have screwed me and a lot of my friends over and their customer service people all have bad attitudes and never wanted to help at all. Just said oh well we will send you a new one but your paying for shipping of the new item and the old one and then they send the wrong part again or another broken or cheap flimsy item again...

Ill see if I can get you a better price and higher quality stuff so you don't have to deal with LMC and they don't get any more business.

Thanks! The LMC numbers are 49-9032, 49-9040, 49-9060 and 49-8834. If you could find me a way to save a few bucks that would be awesome!

Not sure about the LMC floor pans but I ordered mine through Classic Fabrication. The design is a bit different and will require you to remove the full pan/replace. I'll be posting pics later of mine.

Also purchased cab mounts from them.

I don't have a catalog handy; but look at either Carolina Classics or The Truck & Car shop located in Orange Ca.

So far ive found the steps for $53 and or the part that wraps around the bottom step for $55. Which is more expensive then LMC -.- If you want I might be able to get ahold of a cab and have the original metal cut out?

Floor pans im still working on

I believe NPD also has the step wrap around part and the sill plate.

Here are pictures of my floor pans from Classic Fabrication

Didn't want to hijack the thread but does anybody have recommendations for rear cab corners? I was thinking either Dennis Carpenter or LMC. Everything else I made but those are a little to complex to waste time fabricating.

The guy who fixed my cab is a pretty good fabricator, but for $180 a side from LMC he admitted it was cheaper to buy those than to have him pound new ones out. Like you, he made everything else that needed replacement. I went with the LMC cab corner sets and it came out really good.

I haven't had a chance to mingle with them yet as I was fighting the flu. I'll post more pictures in my build thread once I get going at it.

Just (finally) ordered my sheet metal. Got the floor pan from Classic Fabrication ($83) and the step parts (step, step kick plate, and rocker) from LMC for about $160 total. It'll probably be a month until I get around to installing them but I figure having them as a trip hazard in the garage will motivate me to get it done.

If you can check with out sponsors first. NPD sometimes uses D-C parts but, at the same price.
