There is something wrong, why did you take off the nut in the first place ?
Did you replace the rotor ?
The nut basically keeps the rotor from falling off , their is no preload on the sealed bearings like on the old bearings.
Even if you tightened it to 395 lbs, it shouldn't effect the rotor turning.
By the way , did you put on a new nut like Ford instructs ?
