Not all came with it but it's not a rare option either, especially on an automatic column. Probably the "rarest" is tilt with a 4 speed column.
A lot of owners don't even know they have tilt because Ford uses the turn signal stalk to release the tilt instead of a separate control.
The "buttons" are for the cruise control.

Thank you I appreciate it. I ask because I was thinking of selling my parts truck bed to a local guy and was gonna offer him the truck but if the column was rare I would just sell him the bed. Thanks
I appreciate the info. I am having trouble as to how much to sell this parts truck for. It has 351 auto it ran and everything worked when parked. I know it is a junker but any idea what a fair price is. floor of bed is rusty. Heres pics.
Thanks
Prices vary by locale. Check into your local Craiglist to see what other rigs are selling for and price accordingly.
First impressions count....It'll sell for more if it's cleaned up a bit. Even getting it to start, idle, run, and stop increases the price. A few hours and little elbow grease is worth a few hundred dollars in your pocket.

YUP X2 ^^^
When I bought my 78 F250, The guy was showing it to me and had the window sticker and it showed Tilt Steering, bet he said damned if he could find it,,, I was sitting in the drivers side, and he was in pass. I lifted up my hand and tilted the wheel down to my lap and he about crapped his pants,,,
"HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!?!?!" So I showed him the trick,,, and the "trick" to the radio presets,,, needless to say, he was all tickled when we were done for learning some "old skool" stuff to show his friends.

If you pull the steering wheel, cuz you think you can get $100, im sure it will drop the price that the guy will be willing to pay by more than $100. Likewise, if you leave it and let him know that it is sought after, the price can go up $100 or so.
Also, it's risk to clean it up and get it running. As it sits, any issues are a guess, if you get it running, it will be test driven, listened to and scrutinized much more. If it is knocking and smoking, better to leave it alone.
I would look at a "parts truck" at up to $600.
Just my opinion...

Thanks for the advice and you are correct but I think I will see what he offers as it sits.

Thanks now I at least got an idea I appreciate it.
someones got to ask whats the story wtih the crew cab in the back
Well I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice that. It has been there for many years has a 460 with a/c and I believe it ran also when parked. It has rust issues but I will have to ask my father in law the history of it I cant remember. I used a few parts off of it for my supercab build. I would guess somebody may have some use for it the cab roof is rusted but believe it or not the rest is still in one piece.
By the way for anyone wanting to know I will most likely not sell the blue truck the guy wants to make payments on it. I really dont wanna deal with that.
