Can I replace my steering column?

My truck is just a basic F250, no cruise, power windows, no tilt wheel. I can live without most of that stuff, but I would really like to have a tilt steering wheel. I was just wondering if it is possible to switch it out with one that does tilt. If I can, would I need to find one that doesn't have all of the cruise stuff on the steering wheel? Is it a difficult swap. I'm kinda lost here so any helpful information you could give me would be much appreciated.

you can do this.

do an advanced search in this forum and include "tilt column" and "frederic" and you should get some hits on his changeover to tilt.

ive used columnsgalore if i remember correctly but i swaped a tilt for a tilt...they might be able to make a custom one for you if needed

i think frederic said even a lincoln town car was a match for a replacement.
