another spring question

Hello all, this is my first post here, although I have been following this forum a very long time now. I am ready to pull the trigger on getting new springs on my ex.
my Ex is a 2000, 7.3, 4x4, with about 200,000 miles on it. we will be towing our boat with it pretty regularly about 70 miles every time. The boat when all said and done with the trailer weighs about 6000 pounds. And the Ex will be towing about 50% of the time.

Do to recent injuries I will be bringing it to a local spring shop to have it done. so I want to make sure im getting what you guys think is best so I can discuss it with the shop. My question is what would be the best front and back spring combination to tow my rig better and fix the wondering in the steering?

Thanks
Ryan
