First off, big thanks to everyone. She is back up and running and everything seems to be good. It was the IPR valve. A ford mechanic at the dealer in the loaned me his socket and it went great. The screen on the old one was caved in.
On my test drive back into town to give the mechanic his socket back all the numbers on the scan guage looked good and the truck felt great. And as for deltas, went from 30-33 to did not get above 6. That is doing 120km/h. for 50km each way.
So once again thanks to everyone and I will be back to tap the great wealth of knowledge that the good members of this foruum have.
