No Carb Tag

Just joined up, though I've browsed here from time to time.

I need to identify the right carb for my F250 farm truck, but no tag of course. Suppliers can narrow it down to three kits but can't get further without either the tag or a Ford part number for the complete carb, but I'm hoping somebody here can help further off the VIN number.

It's a 79 F250 351, auto trans & built for Canada. The entire plate is:

F25HPEC2112

133 HU F251 DT4 K 38J

06900 1979 A7

I know what all the codes mean, that part is easy. Just can't get from there to a carb number.

Hopefully Yours

Vern

Its a 2bbl motorcraft 2150 79 F250 351 auto trans built in Canada I would think they could order the right carburetor .As far as carb kits go if they narrowed it down to 3 then I guess I'd Buy one take a chance most of those rebuild kits cover and have parts for more than one yr and include more than one top and bottom gaskets
