If it's pulsating in the front, then my bet is rotors. Yes, I said rotors. I have bought Wagner's and had them checked right there. Both were warped, and one had to be cut quite a bit more than the other. It's VERY common. Only luck I have had is with Cross drilled/slotted rotors. They are specifically noted as to "NOT" be turned. If they are warped, ship them back. Many other members will vouch for over-the-counter rotors being warped new in box.
FWIW, I have 2 sets of Summits Cross drilled/slotted rotors on my trucks, and couldn't be any happier! That trueing a rotor when bought is crap.

new rotors being not up to par seems to be a issue anymore as stated before and if its pulsing in the pedal usually that could mean abs or something like warped rotors and you did replace pads and shoes to right. disabling the abs does not always mean you can isolate the issue to the abs how ever if you are able to disable or have bypassed it and the issue goes then that gives you an idea were to look. from what you said sounds like the pulsing happens once the truck it warmed up

if abs is not working then most of the time its not going to cause the pedal to pulse or shake the truck when it is not active that sounds like rotor issues especially since it seems like it does it when the truck gets hot or from braking assuming you don't have a low brake pedal and plenty of fluid in the master and the whole truck shakes after new rotor replacement and is getting worse everything looks like rotors was anything damaged during the service or messing with the idiot light you also should be able to pull abs codes
