I think prince nailed it but offer this as some reinforcement. A few years ago I had a crewcab F250 with a 6.0 that did the same thing AFTER I changed out the rear blocks from the stock 2" (tapered) to 4". The solution was to shim the carrier bearing down to correct the drive shaft angles (two-piece drive shaft) that changed after the lift. It would only do it under the same circumstances that you are describing. It took some trial and error to get correct amount of shim. I see you plan to add a leveling kit and possibly change out the rear blocks so this may be something to keep in mind. Good luck.
