Without testing the heads I think you're probably banging your head against a wall. You might also want to have a UOA done to see how much coolant is in the oil. With blown HG's but my truck running good, I was getting some coolant in the oil, confirmed by UOA. You won't always be able to easily see or feel a crack in a head, at least until it's cleaned up and tested.

I suppose if coolant was in there anywhere, heat could have caused evaporation and it condensed in the cool spot. Did I miss if you mentioned the coolant level was dropping? Maybe even just water and it picked up some color being inside the engine with the oil. Have you been riding any creeks? (Or have a teenage son in the house? )

Ya I've been losing coolant for the past year. Well for a while. Never saw any coolant externally until this, when I saw it running down to my turbo. And that pic of the coolant I collected was just after a couple hours of towing. And all I do is tow on the interstate.
