This one is a little 40cc 18" craftsman that I used for delimbing when we use to cut trees down in our family business. Hadn't been cranked in 4years and needed the carb cleaned then. So I cleaned the carb, pulled plug and cleaned it poured some mixed gas in the cylinder and pulled it easy to lube the engine. Trimmed the split gas lines and found one I've gotta replace and the filter in the tank because it was dissolving.
Sounds like we may be moving earlier than we were thinking.
The property manager of this house were renting (till we find a place in an area that we like) call me yesterday. I was sure there was a complaint, even though I haven't run over any lawnmowers (Done it) or peed off the deck for distance (don't it) ripped fence post out with my loud 4x4 (Done it), shot a gun in city limits, (Done it) Drunk lawn mower racing (Done it, you get the picture. I'm a red neck, we do those things).
Seems the owner of this place either want's to sell or move back into it. We were asked if we'd be interested in buying, and NO, I want out of this HOA.
We were thinking we were here till this coming up November, then we were going get out. But the property manager is thinking we may be month to month, and could possibly have to be out in 60 day's if the owner decides he want to move back in...
I know it'll pan out Tony, I wanted out of this HOA just wasn't planning on maybe having to do it sooner. Or we wouldn't have handed out a nice chunk of change for our vacation. But it will work out, God provides!
That is what took me awhile to buy, but I was set on buying because I don't see the purpose in renting. I wanted at minimum a acre, and some sort of a building was necessary to start with. Was about to make a offer on 2.5 acres and 1200 square foot when I found the one we bought. Asking price was 10k more but it was 4.5 acres and 1900 square foot.
We bought the last two houses we had. And I really don't mind renting too much, if/when something breaks I just say fix it. No tax's major upkeep to pay for, renter insurance is almost nothing.
But, I also don't like asking permission to put in a ceiling fan, paint or hang something on a wall. They both have their points.
Tim and I went to look at a house we found listed, and we really liked it. On the second phone call, I was told they had just signed a lease on it an hour ago. Go figures, either a dollar short, or a day late. haven't heard from the place we rented this house through to see what the owner is wanting to do.
Guess we'll know more later.
I hear ya Larry.
My dog Rocky is a full blooded German Shepherd, and he means more to me than most people do or will.
Right now we're not even sure where we want to buy another house. So renting and checking out area is a little help.
The one that stays in side thinks he is a lap dog lol
We had some pretty good storms last night with a lot of rain. My day at work is gonna be spent pumping containment pads, and I'm fine with that lot of easy work! Haha
Had a big race today, I ended up 4th due to front driveshaft coming apart. Still went out in 9 seconds though, unfortunately it also hit my trans pan and destroyed it. Not sure if it damaged my trans mission housing or not though.
And to top things off had a trailer tire blow out 5 mins from my house.
