Alternate Cooling System
Have a 2012 F350 6.7 - What is the purpose of the alternate cooling system? I hit a deer & front bumper smashed into it, leaking coolant will it be safe to drive approx. 200 miles to dealer?

Are you talking about the secondary cooling system? The secondary system cools the transmission, fuel pump, charge air cooler and EGR cooler.
These items aren't minor so if you can keep your coolant topped up assuming it is not pouring out and you keep your temperatures down (even better if it is cold where you are), it may be possible, but you are better off having it towed, especially if your truck is under warranty. Even more so if it is not under warranty as you could do some damage that could cost a lot of money if things get too hot.
