P0407

Hello guys, A had a previous p0405 code and I replaced the egr valve . It cleared the check engine light and I had a droan noise at the same time ,I thought it was something in the drivetrain. The check engine is back on and I have a p0407 now, Iam wondering if I have a bad hose or a sensor. I'm not sure if the droan is related???

The codes indicates circuit "B" is shorted to ground, so check the harness for a wire chafe.
