Make sure you don't buy springs intended for diesel, they will be too stiff. Call Deaver springs they will dail the ride in for you. I got 15% softer than stock. very cush. I have front coils so they were around $450 for the front and $1200 for the rear. Since you have front leafs you will be around $2400 for both ends plus install. you also need new shocks with the softer springs Bilstiens work well. Fox or King are great but big bucks.
I have run 35"s on my truck stock without any problems but noticed the new goodyears, rub on the left wheel well. I think new springs would fix this. So short answer yes.
