Sinister EGR delete kit....

Anyone with any knowledge about the sinister EGR delete kit feel free to chime in please....

I'm looking for info on the hose they use on the radiator....What Size, material, anything special about the hose??

I can't stand worrying about the Caps I'm currently using from the H&S kit...

Leaving for Yuma, Arizona in a week and I would like the piece of mind of the hose being installed.

The hose THEY supply with the kit is just oem branded with their logo on it but it is double wall braided 5/8". Length actually I wished it was just a tad longer so I could have a larger bend radius. For me, that hose has always been cool to the touch even after multiple hour long drives.

Just bought my Sinister kit. The hose is blue. Seems of good quality. Haven't installed it yet.

Mine is still sitting in the original packaging in the box. It seems to be good quality though and I liked the hose concept better than caps.

Question from someone with an H&S delete. Does the hose just connect the two points that we cap off with the H&S kit? Sort of loop the two places we have capped off together? If so, that wouldn't be hard to change for those of us with the rubber caps.

Yep. This was a line that normally went through the EGR cooler so with the hose it continues to flow the same way.

Anywhere to buy just the hose, my rubber caps are starting to crack and I don't need another leak.
