High Speed thumping

Hi All, and thanks for all the help from this site. About a month ago my tie rod end came out of the coupler when puling into a parking lot. Crawled under the truck in slush and rain to get it back together so I could get home and remove plow and bring to shop. Shop replaced the two outer tie rods, couplers and did a front end alignment. While it was there I had my front left tire (Nitto grapplers) dismounted, remounted and balanced due to it losing air. When I took the truck on the highway I noticed a thumping / vibrating from the front end at about 65-70 mph. I checked to make sure hubs were unlocked and of course the **** of the warn hub on passenger side broke in my hand. I bought new warn premium hubs and installed them. So now I know hubs are not engaged. Swapped front tires to rear and rear to front and still have that thumping after I reach almost 70 mph. Once the thumping starts it will remain during deceleration to about 40- 50. Before the tie rod failure truck rode smooth up the highway over 80. I'm not due for tires yet, but contemplating new Michelin ms/2 (as I've had good luck with them) to try to get rid of this thumping. Any input would be most appreciated. Thanks replacing left wheel bearing now.
