Question tie rods

hello everyone, newbie here, looking for help with a couple questions. I just got my uncle's old 1994 ford f 150 xlt 4x4. it definitely needs some love. currently in the process of changing bearings and tie rods. question #1 left inner tie rod has a slight bend in it where it connects to drive link. no damage to tie rod that I can see. is this factory original? the drive link also has a slight bend which appears to be factory. the "new" replacement part does not have a bend. anyone know where to find correct part or is the aftermarket the best there is? not a lot of money for high dollar parts. question #2 there is a national bearing 73 that sits on the spring behind the automatic locker cap, it was chewed up when the hub ran dry, now no 4wd. ford says it is not a "part" but a piece of the hub assembly. I cant afford new hubs and was wondering if anyone might have an extra they might be willing to part with? thanks for the help!

Ok first off when it comes to tie rods, cheap is exactly that. They will get you by, but don't expect a lot from them and probably 2 yrs they will be ready to be replaced. I've been there and had to do it myself, so don't feel bad, just know what you're getting. As for the hub, there's a couple different styles. Pictures help a lot, but ebay might have what you need.

Oh, and by the way "WELCOME"

I just changed my tie rods last weekend, the replacement parts didn't have bends and worked out just fine.

As far as the hubs go, do you have automatic or manual hubs?

Well, unfortunately I can't help ya there. I've never had a truck with automatic hubs...

Maybe if there's a junkyard near you, they'd have what you need?
