I ended up ordering the Billet pump from DieselSite.
But do they have good prices all around? I still need to order IPR, ICP etc and local dealer seems to be steep on prices. They quoted me $231 on the IPR and the site you mentioned has it for $190. Also for the ICP there is the old part number and the newer style one? Should I replace with the old style one with black connector (3C3Z-9F838-EA) or the newer style 4C3Z9F838A.
Does one last longer then the other?

Also does anyone have part numbers for seal/gasket kits I will need for my 2003 to put everything back together?

With the ICP sensors, it's the difference between the '03 and early '04 and the 05-07 ICP sensor which is a completely different design.

Ok thank you Ill order the one that starts with the 3 in the part number.

So far I have In my Cart.

IPR
ICP
ICP Pigtail
HPOP Gasket
Intake Manifold Gaskets - Since with the 2003 I have to remove it and in case it gets damaged in the process Ill have the part to but back together.
High Pressure Oil Pump Discharge 6.0L 3C3Z9T288AA
Updated Turbo Oil Drain Fat Pipe 6C3Z9T515A

I think that is everything I will need.

I also now plan on cleaning up the turbo. Is there a rebuild kit for that I need or should get?

Mustang_309 thanks. yeah I found it and got all those things in my cart. Think I have everything I need. Not sure how much I want to start taking and rebuilding the Turbo. Might just try and clean up what I can see. But I think I covered all the bases and think I have all the parts I need to get it all done. And if I need something else just have to go to the local dealer and pay top dollar.

Well after talking with a couple friends who also own diesels they talked me into adding some other needed mods to the list of things to do since my truck will be apart.

Along with all the OEM parts I ordered I also added a Oil Cooler kit to replace my old one with 130k miles on it as well as getting the Diesel Site coolant filtration system. I plan to drain and flsuh my coolant system and add ELC coolant. I think it will be a smart move since I plan on keeping my truck awhile.

Thanks again for everyons imput. Looks like my area is getting some more col weather so it might be a week or so before I can turn the wrenches again. Diesel Site sent out my HPOP yesterday only a couple hours after ordering and should be here any day now.

Well Update so Far......

I havent been able to finish up due to raining today and Im working on my truck outside. But yesterday I managed to get a great deal done.

Installed
New Oil Cooler
DieselSite EGR Delete
DieselSite HPOP stock output
IPR
ICP

Tomorrow I plan on installing the new ICP pigtail putting the turbo back in and filling up with new fluids as well as installing DieselSite Coolant Filter and Blue spring fuel kit. Going to do a coolant flush and put in ELC. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and Ill be able to finish up and test out. Ive never had to take apart the motor as far down before. Is there a special procedure to get all the fluid primed or air out? I know with fuel filter change it takes cycling the motor a few times to prime the upper filter.

If you didn't add oil to the HPOP reservoir ( where the screen is under the oil cooler ) you could remove the oil filter standpipe and add a couple of quarts through the center hole in the oil filter housing, that will aid in getting the HPO PSI up quicker, otherwise you will have to wait for the LPOP to fill it before the HPOP can build pressure.
Next would be to get your batteries on a charger to make sure they are fully charged as it is gonna take some cranking to get her to fire. When you are finally ready to start it for the first time just remember to not crank for longer than 30 seconds at a time and give the starter a rest between attempts so you don't damage the starter. It could take up to 3 minutes of actual cranking before it will start.

mustang309 - sounds good thank you. Got all the stuff for a oil change today. I didnt add oil on the HPOP. Tomorrow when I add oil before I put the new filter in Ill take the stand pipe off and add some oil. Batteries are only a couple months old so I should be ok. But maybe Ill throw on a charger just to be safe.

Spent most of the day today looking for the ELC with EC-1 rating. Most places looked at me like I had 3 heads. I was able to find a place that carries ZEREX ELC but had to have it sent to them from another store but hope to have it around noon tomorrow. I know most people say 3 gallons or so but had them order 4 gallons to be on the safe side since seems a hard thing to find.

I came home to find my blue spring kit and 2 Fumoto valves for the block coolant drains delivered by UPS today. So should have everything to get it 100% back together.

Oh forgot to mentioned. The IPR screen was in-tacked but had some grit on it. The screen under the oil cooler was torn on one of the grid sections allowing oil to flow past.

I noticed a lot of carbon build up in the intake manifold and also in the intake ports of the heads. Is this normal? I cleaned inside the intake manifold as much as I could in my parts washer. But the manifold quickly turned my parts washer cleaner to almost black oil within only a little bit of cleaning. The EGR which is not deleted had a fair amount of carbon build up on it as well. I recently cleaned the EGR last year.
