When lifting a truck 6", do people keep the sway bars and just extend the rods going down or ditch them completely? Are they still of any use on a lifted truck?
I have the set for my D60's, but was wondering if I should keep them with the lift or not on my Scab. I'm leaning more towards ditching them just because it will be another thing to snag mud/weeds on, but it got me thinking whether they are worth keeping.
Brian if you still want to tow and have the sway bar to help you out still, you need to get longer ones vertical drop rods from Skyjacker, or make extensions for yours.
Never hauled a real heavy trailer huh? There is a difference in a trucks handling without them and or over load springs. Especially in a windy area and or on winding curvy roads.
