Well she is all tore down and cleaned up. I have gotten the mechanical pump pulled and the hole plugged as well as the HPOP sent off and waiting on the new T500. Also have a buddy of mine working on fabricating a mount for my pump and filter bases. But here are some pics of the fuel block I got from the video. It was just a test fit until I receive the rest of my parts in the mail (XDP and Riffraff must love me right now haha).

Well the new Terminator T500 came in yesterday. Work got in the way so I had to wait until today. Now the rain has got me held up. Anyways got the new T500 installed with a minor set back. Here it is before I installed the reservoir and new gasket.

But would it really be a build if something didn't break? I didn't think so. I got the two bolts that hold the HPOP on torqued to spec (I went 23 ft lbs) and drive gear torqued to spec (95 ft lbs). However when going to torque the bolts for the front access cover I snapped one of the two bolts . And only had just put pressure on it (Torque wrench was set to 20ft lbs but wasn't even that much torque when it snapped). You can see in the picture the one on the right is missing. So guess I will be playing with that tomorrow when the sun comes out and temperature rises. On the bright side All parts have arrived minus the fuel pump and filter assembly bracket for the frame which a friend should be finishing for me Monday.

Well one of the things I like about this block after looking at it. It uses the valve body out of the regulator. The way the guy designed it I can remove the spring and valve body keep the brass plug in it and add in a regulator. Basically I would be using the fuel block as a split for the supply and return if that makes sense.

On a side note. Is the fuel bowl heater always on when the key is in the ignition. I was thinking that would be a good place to tap the fuel pump into for a power source. I just want to make sure it doesn't shut off when the engine reaches a certain temperature.

Well had a nice day outside and got a lot of work done. Everything is wired back up. All but one fuel line is on (had a cross thread issue getting new one made tomorrow). And new intake is on. All that's left is getting boots back on the turbo and get the bracket with pump and filters mounted and hoses run under the truck. Here are some photos of the progress.

The wire in the blue cover is the power supply running to the fuel pump where I tapped into the fuel bowl heater.

Does anyone know what this vacuum hose controls?

I think it controls the door of the Heather trought a vaccum canister valve.

Agreed. That hose and tee attaches to the smaller hard plastic line coming up from below (in the picture) and the other side of the tee should go to the other line you have in your hand. That is the vacuum line that supplies vacuum for the blend door and climate controls.
