The power locks do not work, the radio stays on even after the key is removed and the door is opened, the dome light will not work until the truck is started and the reversing sensors quit working. I have checked all the grounds and all the fuses. Is there something I am missing? Could someone please help as I am stumped!
You're vehicle has a few more components than most. Do you have access to AE? "Most" of these issues can be identified using AE. It'll give you a good starting point to begin the diagnosis portion.
If not, I would begin checking connections to the MFECM, Door Switch, PCM, Accessory Delay Module, KEM, MCN, etc. More often than not it's a connection and/or grounding issue.
There is a common problem of leaky windshields on 1999-2001 trucks allowing water to get into the Generic Electronics Module (GEM), causing all sorts of wierd problems similar to yours. Ford replaced the GEM with different components in 2002 and later trucks, but I'm not sure what they are, or if the water problem continued. If you search this forum for "GEM" and "windshield leak" there should be threads with more detailed information.
I believe the GEM is located behind the fuse block under the dash.
The leaky windshield is pretty common.
Pull the gem and bury it in a bowl of rice for about a day then put it back in and try again. You will see water marks is it isn't still wet if this is the issue.
The Vehicle Security Module (VSM) controls the door locks and lights. The radio is a separate issue on a 2002 SD, but it's on the accessory delay relay circuit (with power locks, courtesy lights, power windows, and maybe something I overlooked). C2075 (K126) is the relay in question, but it is controlled by the instrument cluster microprocessor.

2002 trucks don't have a GEM the have a similar component (VSM), but it is behind the radio I believe.
