Not a clue. I would try and get one from a local junk yard if it was me. Car-part.com is a good place to start looking.

Just in case anyone is wondering a new one from Ford is almost $1000.

Yikes! I would check the site that Nate suggested. You'll find one much cheaper.

I'm waiting to hear back from a few places on rebuilding mine now. Car-parts only had 2 listed last night.

So I finally found a used Remanufactured PCM last night and put in the truck. It started and ran fine the little I drove it. I believe this has been a issue since before I got the truck. The throttles is crisper, truck is a little peppier and not acting up. Hopefully this will fix my issues and give me a little faith in using it as a donor instead of selling it.

Truck has been running fine. I decided to do some pm work and found this.

It was only being held on by this little piece.

I had noticed after the last time I plowed it was sitting lower on the driver side. It broke down right after that so I hadn't been pressed to look for it

That's a fairly common Ford thing for trucks from this era. It's a pretty easy fix with a grinder, chisel and hammer.

Its pretty common for all the big three from the mid 90's I've found since I've owned many of all brands. I'll be hitting the pull and pay this weekend to get one since I can't find them new anyplace and Ford told me its unavailable.

Dorman sells them either as individual parts or as a kit with the shackle and hanger both. I got mine from Rockauto but I believe most of the more widely known auto parts stores have them as well. They're pretty inexpensive too...

More Information for DORMAN 722005
$26 a side.

More Information for DORMAN 722101
$42 a side

Advance auto carries the exact same parts, but their prices are close to double. If you go to Advance they use the same number but they put a dash in the middle (722-101, etc.).

If it were me, I would feel a lot better getting the new parts from Dorman than trying my chances finding a good one in a yard and getting it off the truck in good condition. Suit yourself though.

So I bought the Dorman 722101 and I'll tell the rest of you don't waste your money. The hanger lined up with three of the old holes. The hanger is way to wide at the spring side so I'll have to make a spacer to take up some space. When I get it done I'm going to clean it up a bit and put the truck on Craigslist.

I believe there are different parts for front and rear. 772101 is for the rear and a different part should be for the front not 100% on that but something I remember

Now that you mention it the ones I installed were a bit wider than the spring was as well, but they cinched up just fine when I torqued the bolt down. I don't know if there is a better alternative than that without going to a custom made lift shackle from Sky manufacturing or someone like that. Mine did line up perfectly with the holes from where I removed the rivets though.
