2008 6.4l DTC's
I have a 2008 6.4l F350 just over 150 000 km that has a DPF delete and H&S tuner. My fuel gauge has been stuck at the full position even though my fuel tank has been near empty. The other day I dropped my fuel tank and checked my fuel sender and it was reading within 10-160 ohms, which is within factory spec and wasn't hung up on anything. I reinstalled the fuel sender and tank. The fuel gauge was reading half full (which is the level the tank was at). After driving it a day i noticed that the fuel gauge started creeping back to the full position. This had me thinking that my sender is faulty (even though it read within spec).
Just recently I have had some erratic things happening. I left my truck running on high idle while I ran into a store. I came back to find the following codes:
P006B: MAP/Exhaust Pressure Correlation
P0703: Brake Switch B Input Circuit
P162E: Internal Control Module PTO Performance
The other thing I noticed is intermittantly my Cruise Control is not working.
I am wondering is all these erratic codes are pointing towards my PCM failing or needing a reflash. Any thoughts or inputs would be appreciated.
