Ahi? Oh, Jim, you can eat fish till you grow gills. It's good for any diet. Unless it's fried, then not so good.

Well, I had an interesting two days, and it is not over yet. I got a call Friday morning about 8:30am from the guy in Oroville who bought my XJ-S off eBay. Originally he was going to come down tomorrow and pick it up because he was heading down here to go to Turner's Antique auto wrecking. However, he calls and asks if I can deliver it to him? (I had posted in the ad I would deliver anywhere within 500 miles as long as they pay the gas) I told him I could, and could do it that day. So I go up to Oroville on Friday (and waved in the general direction of Scott's house as I passed thru Manteca LOL) and got there about 4pm, he then asks, me if I can go to Las Vegas? I told him if he pays for the gas, I'll go anywhere he wants to send me.

Needless to say I went to Las Vegas. He bought a Honda Goldwing off of eBay and could not get anyone to go get it. He let me use his Chevy S10 and I took off Friday night and passed thru Manteca again (Hi Scott!and Lil Bubbles!) and got to Fresno about 8:30pm so I could eat dinner. Then headed to Vegas. I got there at 4:30am but found out nobody has a room to rent as there is some NASCAR race going on this weekend and all hotels/motels are booked. So I drove to the pick up address, which was a storage facility, and waited in the parking lot until I could call the guy with the Honda. He came over, and loaded it into the bed of the S10, and I left there about 9:30am. Still with no sleep since Friday morning, save for a cat nap while waiting for him to arrive.

I got to Fresno about 4:30pm and decided to stay home and sleep and bring the Honda up to Oroville today. I will leave about noon, and should get to his place about 4:40 or 5pm. On the way back, if you don't mind the company Scott, I'll stop by for a visit. Should be some time between 7 and 8pm, most likely closer to 8, since I will be driving my F350 again, with the trailer, and not going to be doing 65-70 mph. I have your number in my phone, and can call when I get to Manteca, since I don't remember exactly how to get to your house. LOL.

I have a handful of pics from the trip, but they are still in the camera. Will upload them tonight when I get home.

I don't know how often he buys things off eBay, but I am going to tell him to keep my name and number so if he buys anything else in California, or Nevada, to give me a call, and I will deliver it for him. He bought my Jag because he has a convertible of the same year, and wants mine for parts. I don't know why he bought the Goldwing, maybe for the same reason, or to fix and sell for a profit. I think he owns the Precision Craft Boatworks company. If not, then he is a manager of it, or something because he was the one giving orders, and telling people what to do there.
