if a group shows up i might change it to a keg party instead of 3 beers a day for a month... 3 for a month is only good for if single buddy comes...

a 2nd engine hoist would actually make it pretty easy...

was how we got it up there to begin with... although we only used one then...

Whew. Looks like quite a project. You need 4-6 guys to lift that body up. Have you tried Home Depot?

did it before with an engine hoist and 3 1/2 ton jack...

That would work too. Do you have all the body mounts and bolts, etc?

not so worried about bolting it to the frame yet... just need to get it down onto the frame... when it was coming off he frame had a couple bolts snap off in the body.. and a couple nuts break free inside the body... so needing to cut them out and weld new ones in.. but im not doing that while its 3 feet off the ground and some rickety saw horses...
