What do you guys think? Good deal or not. I have always used an electronic version as well, how well do these work

The value is in the lumy probes, the meters sell pretty cheap on ebay without the probes.
That price is a little high, although it looks like a nice clean unit.
I wonder if that guy has multiples of those, a guy on oilburners bought one out of the SF area not too long ago and that looks like the same ad, but that as is only 3 days old.....
I have an MT480, never got it to work, but it's not in the best shape. I'm going to get a Ferret next time. From all the reading I've done it sounds like pulse is a better way to time than lumy.

Make sure he has the magnetic pickup/wand, I don't see it in the pics and you can't use the meter without it:
Keep in mind that these meters are obsolete, you will get zero support from Snap On so it's best to get a complete kit otherwise you'll be searching ebay for items that do not show up that often.
