03 F-150 Compass

03 F-150 Compass

Overhead compass went blank. Has anyone had this problem? Could it be a sensor outside or is compass kaput? thanks for any response.

Not sure if ours the same as the super duty's but when i bought my 99 v10, nothing on the overhead console was correct, including temperature. I replaced my fuel pump and it fixed it, i had no idea the two were related.

Are you saying that the info was not correct, or it wasn't working at all?

Wasn't correct. Said -19 when it was 70 degrees. Compass said south when driving West. I know the situation differs from yours, but thought the relation may be of help.
