That's good to know! I will probably leave mine with the slight front rake, which will probably look like more because of my airbags. I don't mind a slight slope to the front, I just don't want one to the rear. How did you attach the helper to the X's? I'm thinking of ordering the F-350 U-bolts for the rear instead of the F-250's which I think should be long enough. Now I just have to hunt down that part number.
Adding the extra leaf was easy, did it with spring still in truck, clamp leaves together remove center bolt from leaf pack, clamp the extra leaf in place and replace center bolt with a longer one, I believe 2" worked. For a more quiet ride pop a couple of the round spring pads from your old EX g codes and use them on the new spring. Just take your time drilling the 9/16" hole on each end of the leaf
