Door Panels

I have a '77 F250, Camper Special and want to replace the door panels with ones that do not have the window crank, I know they were available in the E series custom vans with the electric windows but I cannot find them. Do you guys know where I can get them so I can add power windows?

Are you positive the E-series door panels are interchangeable? That's the first time I've heard that.

I think he is saying that he has seen custom/conversion vans with door panels that have power windows.

But those door panels are made, not factory.

If he is not saying that, then i have no clue.

Doesn't matter what an E-series has, won't fit an F-series.

The only thing you can do with the door panel is mount the switch where the crank hole is.

The late-'70's E-series van doors are more like early '80s F-series than a dentside. There are very few parts that will interchange that I am aware of.

so, has anyone done custom door panels for a dent? I would be interested in this. I am not doing a restoration as my truck will have many mods. My panels are jacked up and don't care to spend the money on the new replacements. As I am also thinking about doing power windows and locks, a custom door panel would be the cats meow. Sorry for hi-jack.

I always wanted to do aluminum door panels but I ever got around to getting them made and couldn't get a design pictured like I wanted. So I just painted my factory ones.

Here is a link for ya with the electric windows, just like ranger said, mounted in the window crank hole...very nice job!!
