Front end shot?
Noticed my wheel were / \ so decided to jack up the truck and check ball joints. I had no movement up and down but had lots left to right. Took a video of what it looks like.

Wow......yes you have broken ball joints for sure.

Are the mounting brackets still intact?

thought if it moved side to side its tie rods? and if it moves up and down its ball joints? or if its any movement its balljoints?

Heres another closer video I don't see the ball joints moving.
