FYI, the HPOP is internal, and if it leaks, it just leaks into the engine's oil system. You won't lose oil or find a drip.

There is also a proceedure for checking the FICM voltage without a scanguageII. It is in the tech folder as well as some videos on YouTube. Just need a VOM and maybe a friend.

Yea bad batteries, or even ONE bad battery can doom the FICM. If it drops below 11.3 Volts, and you continue to try and start it, you are pretty much damaging it.
