Right now I have a hard Leer shell that came with my truck. But I don't like it that much. I can see my self using it sometimes, but not enough to leave it on there.
I was wondering if there was something that is like a camper shell, but it is made out of a lighter material, like the tonneu covers or something, that would be easier to take on/off and I could fold up and store away when not using it.
Hey: I was just reading about canvas covers for boats on another web sight. They recommend going to any good canvas shop. They can make frame work that folds up or is semi-permanent. And canvas to suit your needs/desires. I pass a nice F250 on the way to work. He has a safari type soft top that looks cool. Especially with the sides rolled up. Haven't had time to stop and check it out up close. I would think a search on the web would bring up somebody that makes em.
There is a company named Access Tonneau covers that make a great roll-up style tonneau. They are pliable to -40 f (I wouldn't want to be the guy testing them) and I have one and I think they are great. Easy to put on, take off and don't take up alot of room when it is in the garage.
